Services and Pricing:

I offer services in the field of creating and optimizing digital products, particularly websites. These services are limited to an annual turnover of a maximum of €22,000 and are therefore subject to the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

The pricing for my services varies depending on the scope and complexity of each project. Prices are calculated based on time and effort. This means:

• The greater the effort, the higher the cost.

• Before the start of each project, I provide an individual offer disclosing the estimated costs.

• Should there be any changes or additional requirements that increase the workload and costs, these will be clearly communicated in advance and billed accordingly.

All services and prices are discussed transparently with the client before a project begins.

Small Business Regulation in accordance with § 19 UStG:

According to § 19 UStG, I am exempt from charging VAT. Therefore, no VAT is shown on my invoices.
